I just renewed my SERO plan. I've had the Nationwide Vol Discount 15% for the last two years w/ SERO. I send ecare an email and got back a response that no NVD for SERO's. Since when?
Also, I sent in my form for a $100 Mogul rebate and it now shows invalid. I called the 800 number in the FAQ but couldn't get to a real person. So, I sent them an email. Was that a wise move?

SERO accounts are not supposed to have additional discounts able to be added on since it's a heavily discounted plan already. The website even states that. But some people have managed to get them.

Yeah, it depends on the rep really. If you get the discount taken off, that does suck, but your account shouldn't have it on it in the first place, you just got lucky with an uninformed rep. Your best bet is to start emailing ecare about the discount again and see if you can get them to reapply it. I wouldn't recommend telling them that you had it previously though...

Well, I got an email back from them saying that I'll get a 15% loyalty discount instead. I can live with that.
And I did mention that they ahve been giving it to me. It's not like they are going to back bill me for it. And it proved the point that I've always had it. I think that's what made them credit me the amount.
