This is day 3 on the SERO plan for me. Got a Centro phone BTW.
There's alot of info on these boards and I've been lurking until this morning because I'm just nervous that I left a stone unturned.

The main reason for my nervousness is I've read about others here who show Vision/Powervision listed under their usage details on the sprint website. I don't see such a thing on mine. However, I do see Unlimited Text (good), and Premium Services--0 included, yet it indicated that I've used 2 units.

Can someone please advise if I need to ask Cust Svc for anything additional?
Also, I tried some numbers for the $25 referral program and the automated voice told me that my account is not eligible. What gives?

Here is what is listed for my plan.

SERO F&F 500- $30.0

You are not eligiable for the $25.00 referral because you are considered an employee of Sprint (hence the E in SERO). If people on here say they got the money it is just because Sprint screwed up.

My plan looks the same as yours and I'm on the new ensemble billing system. It's my understanding you won't see data under your plan details but your current usage should list it.

Yes, the "E" is for employee but the "R" is for referral. You were referred BY an employee... Sprint does have an employee plan but this isn't it!
No referral credits for plans under $35.00
