Can unlocked iPhones be used on the sprint network. My sister uses one on the T-mobile network and i want one now but dont want to switch to At&t. will these work. It is a toss up for me between the Touch and an iPhone. i use a mac at college and i want a phone that will work with that. So first, will an unlocked iPhone work on the sprint network and how do i get a sprint sim card? second, if not is the Touch a good phone.......

no sprint uses cdma(sprint/verizon/alltel etc) technology iphones i belive are GSM (at&t,tmobile etc)

Simple answer: No.

But you can get the Touch to work with Macs
