I have had a Sprint Moto Q for about 6 months. I live in a western suburb of Chicago. Up until about 3 days ago I always had the Ev symbol for network access when I was in my house. Now I have the 1X. Before I spend an hour on hold for Sprint, I thought I'd see if anyone has had the same experience and if I possibly had messed up a setting on my Q by mistake. I have reset my Q (soft) and have updated my vision profile with no change. Thanks for any insights.

Well, I emailed tech support and it was fixed in a couple of hours. Haven't heard back from them, but it's fine now.
