Handler is needed to view this info

I have succesfully downloaded ringtones from phonezoo.com but when I go to listen to them it says I need a handler to us this contect type. When I go to "get handler" it takes me to a screensaver page. How do I get a handler? HELP!:confused:

Make sure they are mp3 ringers and if that's not the problem try making your own.

sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you cannot download a handler to your phone.as you have figured out;a handler is a player or viewer for the type of file(i know,duh).i guess it would of been better if phones just errored when encountering files it doesnt reconize but instead chooses to send you to a download site to get it.why in the world a wallpaper site is beyond me.

razor takes QCP and mp3 ringtones..i wonder what format phonezoo is sending them to you

I went to the PhoneZoo website and they say they support those files for the Razor. I am not sure why we can't get them to work.

If phonezoo isn't working, honestly, just forget about them. There are SO MANY other options out there, many of them run by members of this forum. Funformobile is your best bet.
