In the Windows directory, there's a program called CircularViewLauncher.exe. You can run this, and a circular-type of menu of your Start menu will be displayed. Up and Down let you "scroll" through the icons, Left and Right switch between how many "screens" of icons you have (ie, 12 icons per screen, so if you have 25 icons, you get 2 screens full and one of 1).
There's also a file called CircStartMenuBkgrnd.png that i'm sure you could replace w/your own much better background opposed to the boring red one. I think it would be a lot cooler if the icons rotated around your selection, but it's your selection box that rotates around the icons.
