3 Phones of Christmas - Week 1 Contest!

Okay, I have been thinking of a fun way to have a Christmas contest for forum members and here it is:

- There is no purchase necessary.

- The winner of this contest will receive a BRAND NEW Palm Centro phone (you can pick the color) by mail.

The last poster to THIS THREAD will be declared the winner and will receive the beautiful Palm Centro Prize!

What determines the last poster is how much time goes by between posts. It will start at 31 minutes between posts. So if half an hour (31 minutes according to our post time stamps) goes by without someone posting and you were the last post then you win! The time frame will get shorter each day! :D

To start with! - 30 minutes without a post (Current - Right Now!)
Day 2 - 20 minutes without a post
Day 3 - 10 minutes without a post
Day 4 - 5 minutes without a post
Day 5 - 3 minutes without a post
Day 6 - 1 minute without a post - Until we have a winner!

The times on this thread will settle any dispute.

The weeks official start is on Monday, today!

Day 2 starts 12/4/07 at 00:00:01 (midnight forum time or CST)
Day 3 starts 12/5/07 at 00:00:01 (midnight forum time or CST)
Day 4 starts 12/6/07 at 00:00:01 (midnight forum time or CST)
Day 5 starts 12/7/07 at 00:00:01 (midnight forum time or CST)
Day 6 starts 12/8/07 at 00:00:01 (midnight forum time or CST)

When the contest gets down to minutes there will need to be +1 added so that the full time frame passes. For instance if 1 minute must pass then actually 2 will show for a winner and so on. Another example would be if 5 minutes has to pass then a difference of 6 minutes actually need to be reflected.

When you post in this thread, you don't have to say anything meaningful :thought:, but it does have to stay within the SU rules, see http://www.sprintusers.com/guidelines

I went to a sprint store today to bug the employees and I got to play with the sales guy's red centro. He also had a burgundy 755p. Both beautiful devices . . . I've never really seen palm os in action . . he was flipping through screens with the menu button like no tomorrow.

Yah -- since the difference between your post and the next guys post was >2 minutes (it was 3 minutes by time stamp) you would have won -- had it been the last day
