My apologies for posting Power vision post in the wrong forum! Feel free to switch it if necessary. Thanks for understanding.
Hello,
i am a SERO user and have a question about vision access. Does it use airtime (i.e. anytime minutes) to use the Web service on your phone? I am not tethering, just using Vision/power vision directly from the phone.
The reason why I am asking is, I got a 10% discount added to my plan this month and for some reason Sprint can't display my anytime minute usage in the account because of the plan change. According to customer service, I used 731 minutes, which is way over the 500--even the pro-rated rate. I was so careful this month to not even remotely come close to going over my minutes so the Powervision is the only thing that I can think of that is causing the excessive airtime usage.
My next question: If it's true that the Powervision is what ate up my minutes, bencause this is the first time and I didn't know, is there any chance that the Billing Dept. will cut me some sort of a break on my next bill?
Thanks for your help.
