Anyone have problems with their credit card being rejected by SERO online. I tried 4 credit cards, and all failed. I know for a fact that all are valid with more than enough credit. I also double checked to make sure I typed in the billing address EXACTLY as it shows up on my credit card bill.

A wee bit frustrating... If I may say so.

cheers

Dave

call your financial institution they should have the info as to why the CC was rejected, because the auth should at least be recorded with a reason as to why, if they cant see record of the transaction occuring then you know the problem was with sprints servers

You can always call sprint and give them the credit card info and order it on the phone. They also ship faster than the online process.

Nothing exciting. I got a call tonight from AmEX fraud division. They were suspicious of the charge, so they denied it. I told them that I was the one trying to make the charge, and they apologized and let me know that the transaction would go through whenever I tried again.

I tried today, and it worked fine.

Thanks for the concern.:headbang2

My credit card company doesn't allow online purchases either. By default anyway, I have to call them up first. It's actually a cool thing. I also have it set up so at a POS, the cashier gets a message to verify ID.

Target made me aware of the feature with their card so I jumped on it.

You can always try Paypal's virtual CC service. It's pretty interesting.
