I have 2 sero lines on sprint. One is the Sero 500 and the other is the Sero 1250. On the 1250 I get a an Sprint Employee Value Program for $10.30. On the 500 I get the Nationwide Volume Program Discount for $6.50. I'm not an employee and I don't own a business. I did ask for my employee discount, but they said I couldn't get it because I have Sero. I don't own a business so why do i get the Nationwide Volume Program Discount? Can someone please explain this to me.

What company do you work for? Certain companies employees get discounts on their monthly Sprint bill.

It's probably best to check all the forums on here before posting. There is an entire subforum dedicated to SERO.
As for the discount. Be grateful you have it. "Technically" it's SERO plans don't qualify.

If you're getting discounts on your SERO plan then feel VERY lucky and don't say a SINGLE WORD to any CS person because it'll be taken off most likely.
