So I didn't get my $50 service credit for URANG, and could not go back in the ordering process to make it happen, so I wrote Sprint a nice email asking them to credit my account. And I got back the following...
Dear xxx,
Thank you for contacting Sprint, my name is Wendy and I will be happy to assist you with information on the $50.00 promotion.
I understand that you have recently received an offer for a $50.00 discount off your invoice. Sprint does offer a variety of promotions through our website; however, the code URANG is not a code that is honored or offered by Sprint.
We are unable to apply the above discount to your account as it has been offered through a third party website. We do not control these sites and certainly do not endorse them. We are not responsible for any aspect of those sites, including their content, accuracy, legality, or delivery of services.
I understand that this may be frustrating and I do apologize. I strongly recommend that you sign up for the Sprint Email Updates. Sign up for Sprint email updates at the following link and keep up with the latest phones, exclusive savings offers, breaking news, and much more:

So I went back to the SERO site, got an order rang up and actually got the "URANG" code to work and have this screen shot, and I am wondering, is it worth me making a fuss over? I don't want to cause too much noise where I loose SERO.
Thoughts?
