I think I got it done...

Been a sprint customer for at least 10 years maybe more, NEVER had any luck with negotiating a contract (they wouldnt beat my original plan) so I never had a contract until 2005. ( I never even had a contract prior, one of the main reasons I originally used sprint was they didnt require a contract) When it expired I started going month to month. I always payed too much. (The only discount I got was a city/public safety discount)

I spent hours reading posts on here, and ordered a SERO account.

I think everything is going to work out, but I do have a concern about how everything seems to be playing out.

I asked for a new sero line of service on my account. I ***"think"*** they opened a new account all together. I don't want to loose my history with the company (not that it ever helped me before)

I guess I'll figure it all out after they get me a new phone.

It never is easy with sprint...

Have you actually received your phone? If you tried to signup a new account while you are already a customer you will have to go through a few hoops before you get your phone. That is what is happening to me right now. They will call you or else you'll have to call them and add the SERO line to your existing account as a seperate plan rather than having two seperate accounts.

They called last night but I missed the call. When I returned the call, I got transferred around to about 5 different areas. Each one told me there was nothing wrong with my process and transferred me somewhere else.
Currently I can log on to my long standing current account and see my normal phone number, or I can log into the pending account and see no service, but a note that says asi_fufillment.. So I **Think*** everything is on track.
No new phone yet. I figure in a few days.

AMERICA - ROAMING Included
Unlimited Night and Weekend Minutes

Three-way Calling
Sprint Subscriber Agreement:Retrieve your expiration date now.

Sprint Subscriber Agreement:

For details dial *2 from your phone or call 800-SPRINT1.

That is not what my online sales order shows. Should I be concerned or will it get sorted out?

You will need to call them and get it changed. Just call the sero customer serv number and they will change it.

Mine was messed up and one call later it was changed. It seems that all are activated wrong and they have to correct it. I think that the computer sees the $29.99 plan as sero or something, or maybe the computer doesn't have the sero option as it may have to be humanly changed.

Thanks, I searched the archives and found this to be kind of common.

I appreciate you getting back to me.
