I have a quick question. I went online to sign up for SERO and get an HTC touch. However, when I pick the Power Vision plan, I do not get the option to select the Touch (The only available phones were Crackberries). Alternatively, if I select the Touch first I am only given the option of the Vision plan.
This seems odd to me, since the Touch is described as a Power Vision phone.:confused:
Has anyone else noticed this issue? I want to make sure I order the correct plan.

I believe if the phone supports power vision (and the Touch does) then it automatically becomes that when you sign up. It's included so don't worry about it. Just buy the phone first and get the plan with it.
If you have more questions in that regard, call the SERO phone orders to get a real person to talk to about it.

Were you able to order the SERO Power Vision plan with the HTC Touch?
I was going through the same process online when I saw your post.
Seems like I'll have to call and do this on the phone, but I wanted to hear from some who have done this.

You can go through the website, when you activate the phone they will go over the options with you, even if you choose a vision plan and tep they'll confirm before activation. At least that's how activations work with the rest of sprint and you can make sure that it has it at that time or call CS/email ecare and make sure that it has the power vision option and not just normal vision after you have the phone.
I have a touch and signed up for sero so I went with the m300 free phone and I'm switching my touch after I get the line activated. It's easy to make sure the plan matches what you want.
