Going back to sprint just for the sero plan. I thought, I can deal with them screwing me around if I get such a great deal on the service plan. UUUGGGHHHH NOT! Its worse than my reg line of service. First of all my order initiall went through twice. I have gone back and forth with them to get the second line cancelled and get a refund for the phone I never got that has been charged to my bill. This last girl I talked with seemed like she had it together and assured me I would get a credit that day but its been 3 days and no credit. Plus they also charged me the monthly service charge of course. Then I just logged in to check the status of the 100 rebate I'm supposed to get for the centro and it says declined:

The Terms and Conditions for this offer require the previous Sprint Phone to have been active with this Sprint Phone Number for a minimum of 12 months.

Now I have heard people get declined because your supposed to have 34.95 or higher plan but this doesnt appear to be what they are saying in my case so ***?? I canceled my Helio and ate the ETF to switch back to this crap?

Oh not to mention I did a referral on the new line and somehow my 40 reward is "lost". You log in to check the status and it says its been approved but i never got it. Of course CS was clueless.

Ok so back to the rebate, how can I get it still?

I understand your frustration. My rebate was declined today too for having an unpaid account balance. Too bad my account balance is $0! The best thing to do is to call retentions (you can find their number on the board), and firmly state that you were promised the rebate and would like it. This is what I did this morning, and they didn't even address the rebate-they just put a credit on my account for $50.

That, of course, doesn't address the problem of why rebates are getting declined for phony reasons, but at least you get your credit. Good luck :)
