For those of you that don't know....sprint has Pick 5 too! I got it added to my account! The lqdy on the phone was very nice...I wished her happy holidays and asked for pick 3...she said that they have something to match myfavs and added pick 5

I was offered pick 5 a few days ago through retentions for $5 on my $49.99 plan or pick 3 for free. I chose pick 3.

Do you have to have Ensemble billing to get pick 3 or 5?

I've been told 3 times that I have to be switched to the new Ensamble billing system. Call and push for it. I got a free 200 minutes per month on 3 of my lines for 6 months, since I couldn't get it yet!

I don't know about the Pick 5, but the Pick 3 is fully compatable with the old F&F America, as that's what I'm on.

LMAO Good for you and when it expires ask for it to be renewed. :hee:

Yeah, I'm wondering if you have to be on the new billing system as well to get this? I thought that was the case. I'm not willing to risk getting someone who wants to get the ball rolling on a manual transfer if I call in or email. There has been a horror story or two here about that. Heck there have been horror stories about planned regular migration.

The big question is: does it renew your plan if you add the pick 3 or the pick 5? I'm on an old F&F plan and like the above few, I dont want to screw up my plan and my other bennies(free 6pm, free text, corp discount, nvp discount) I mean, how many discounts can Sprint possibly give me? In addition I have free Sprint to home.

I tried to get them to add either Pick 3 or Pick 5 to my account for free when I was signing up for SERO and the rep said she has no way of doing that as its not available at the moment... I know this can't be right as many others have done it, but I'll call back once I get my phone.

I did get the pick 3 for free when I got my husband a new SERO account, no charge I guess because his plan is the 49.99 one. Now I think I want to email them because he wouldnt mind the pick 5 and the free 6pm he was promised when signing up. He is on ensemble.

You do, I emailed them a couple days ago and asked about it..

Try emailing ecare instead of calling

what would I ask in the email?
"Can I get pick 3 for free as others have?"
Will that actually work?

Question, when you opened the SERO account did you do it online or on the phone? Did you just ask them to add it? Did you do it after the fact with an email to ecare?
Any additional information would be helpful.
Thanks

Well I emailed ecare regarding the Pick 5 and was told he had no information regarding the Pick 5 option. Also shot down for free 6pm on the same SERO plan even though it was promised in the beginning. Was told to "return to the point of sale". Now that would be a miracle! lol

Say you heard Sprint is offering something similar to T-Mobile's MyFaves for 5 numbers and ask them to give you more info about it..

What the guy told me was that any plan over $40 gets the pick 5 for free and under gets the pick 3 for free. So I got the 5 and the wife got the 3.

Can the pick 5 work with the SERO plan that is over $40? I tried about a month ago with no success, both with ecare and cs. That phone has the pick 3 already, what did you say to get the pick 5? That you got an offer?

so let me get this straight. if i have a sero account for $30 i should be able to email ecare or call cs and get pick 3 added to my account for free since my plan is less than the $40 amount?

Sorry I don't know if it will work w/SERO I don't have it. But the way the rep said it it seems like it should.

Nice. I assume that's a SERO only thing? Cause I'm pretty sure that for regular accounts, for $40 and higher plans, Pick 3 is free, and Pick 5 is $5, and for under $40 plans, Pick 3 cost $5, and I'd guess Pick 5 is $10.

I called about this, and was told that its listed as "2 Add'l Numbers, Any Network", and it's 5.00 per line. I asked if there was any way to make it free, and the lady I spoke to told me no. I passed on it, as 2 more numbers won't really benefit me (maybe a couple of the other people on my plan), but I'd rather not make any more changes to my plan, until my ongoing issues get resolved first.
