I just got signed up for the SERO plan. I called *2, asked to speak with a customer serivce rep, and explained that I've been a customer with Sprint since 99 and am not prepared to keep paying the "exorbitant" amount for my Sprint cell service when I've shopped and found similar plans elsewhere for less. I also emphasized that I'd like to remain a customer, but in order to do that, I would like to be placed in the SERO plan, please. After some waiting, this rep totally helped me out and signed me up for the next billing cycle. This was my first call. I have fallen back in love with my Sprint!
