If this has been covered somewhere else, please direct me. I couldn't find a specific answer to my question.
I am currently out of contract and am looking to move to SERO. The problem I have is I really want to keep the 2 numbers I currently have.
Is there an easier way to port the 2 numbers over than buying a temp phone, porting the number, blah blah. (that seems to be the popular way in the forums)
Someone said to sign up with Sero and then call CS and have them port it over indicating that "I had a friend that did it last week and didn't have problems" "wink, wink, nudge, nudge"
Again, any suggestions or what worked for you would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!!

It's do-able, alright... Have you done your homework...??? The last few weeks should tell you the number of people who got their SEROs and ported their old number to their new SEROs... It's all in here, Babe... :hee:

Go to the SERO Threads and posting, you'll see how people did it... No reason to go to the expense and trouble of prepaids... Read, Read, Read, especially the last few weeks...

Thanks for the heads up, can you suggest which forum the posts may reside in? I have the same problem and have searched using different methods all to no avail. I would even take the keywords that you think would yield the results.
Thanks

bump.
i'm having trouble porting my 2 (still in contract, but due to be terminated on 1/11) numbers into my fiance's account even tho (obviously) she's using completely d'frent SSN when she signed up on her SERO account.
took me 45 minutes last nite to accomplish:
transferred from PH to USA back to PH. 2 CSRs who transferred me into 2 separate "porting" dept CSRs. one of whom told me she can't access my old Enterprise accnt, the second of which told me i have to do a transfer of liability.
i'm about to call Executive Service in 45 minutes...
