Blame LLoyd Carr (we all like to)...

Carr said it was his decision to hold Hart out, even though his lingering ankle injury felt better on Saturday morning than it did in the middle of the week.

"Mike would've played, but I just didn't feel like putting him out there," Carr said.
-- from ESPN.com

What was he thinking!? You give people sports scholarships so the play, not watch some backup run for like 2 yards while your freshman QB is throwing picks.

He probably wanted to keep Hart and Henne healthy for the OSU game.

But he didn't feel like playing them?

He probably wanted to keep Hart and Henne healthy for the OSU game.Yep and Carr knows if Michigan doesn't win against OSU he will probably won't be coaching at Michigan next year.

Most likely. Les Miles would be nice to have with Michigan.

I heard a rumor that Michigan contacted both Barry Alverez and Bret Bilema (along with a number of other canidates) about becoming a soon to be open coaching position....laughable choice seeing as he is already pulling down big bucks as the athletic director at wisconsin and has a frickin bronze statue in front of the stadium

my guess is that Lord Carr is finished, regardless of the outcome of the 'the' ohio state game

I personally don't like a conservatve play style. Aggresive is more fun to watch and usually better.
