Hi all. I got a number from a forum sometime back that goes straight to a customer service rep without a hold time. That number is: 1-866-306-7056, but I tried it today and a message says that the number has been changed. Does anyone know the new number?

To me, the best thing about this number is that a real American who I can perfectly understand, and who completly understands me, answers the phone. I can't stand outsourced customer service.

Can someone help me with this one?

the regular customer service(*4) doesnt really take too long. but if there is a new number, it really would be useful.

*2 is customer service. *4 is payment.

Management likes to change'em as soon as the number gets used too much. You know, can't have customer's bothering employees. More proof customer service needs work........:rolleyes:

Let's be honest............ the number that go directly to a rep were supposed to be for use inside a sprint store only. If a customer needed to deal with a problem right then, pick up the red phone.

I have no problem with the wait times I get when dialing *2 and saying "representative" and then "other" :thought:

You also have to consider the times that you are calling. If you're calling at around 5-6 at night, you're usually going to be on hold for a while. It seems to be that way during the lunch hour as well 1-3 usually(don't know why people would want to spend their lunch hour on hold). I've had the best success when I call early in the day(between 8 and 10) or later at night(after 7). Those have had the least amount of hold time for me.

It's not so much the wait time, lately that's gotten a lot shorter. For a while there I could call anytime, day or night, and be on hold for over 20 mins. My problem is, when you dial *2 , and get a rep it's usually someone from The Philippines or India, or who knows where. Not that I have anything against those people, but 9 1/2 times out of 10 we cannot understand each other. I spend a lot of time trying to explain myself and they spend a lot of time searching, first their Filipino - English dictionary to figure out what "why did I get charged for roaming when I have a no roaming plan" translates to, then searching their database for what roaming charges are, and then telling me that they added 300 text messages for $5/mth and is there anything else they can help me with! :irked: It's a serious language barrier.

Anyway, the number I had would always go to someone stateside and I seldom, if ever, had any problem. That's why I'd like the new number.

So, anybody got it? If so, can I have it?

That number was for dealers only, sorry. Ask your local store rep for it, if they give it out, its their butt.
