Sprint's creative department at work... :)

yes sir.

however the phone does look sweet and so does the Pearl. The site is pretty cool too if you click on the other tabs to see other phones.

Just shows that as "dated" as the PalmOS UI is said to be, it is still more approachable and understandable to the average consumer than the WM Today screen...

hmm odd a motorola palm os device, well seeing as they did make the processor that powered most early palm devices i could understand it hmm looks like my centro might get axed quick :-)

that or someone in sprints ad department made a big goof, and its actually a winmo device and they threw the wrong image on the screen

I think its a goof as well. They seem to make a lot of those on their website! IE phones with no signal, LOL.

If you do what i said in my other post on this thread, and you click on the q9c, it says WM6.

go to the link where the phones are displayed and click on the touch.
Edit the url so it says "phone_17"
then it says WM6

no one really thought that it was going to be running palm os just wanted to show that it has palm os screen shot instead of wm6.

Here is a BETTER Idea...edit the URL so it says "Phone_15"!

The page for the Q2 comes up, and it has the following info:

mistake in marketing...no way the Q will be running a Palm OS

They changed the screen now. And btw, there is no way a no-touch screen device using Palm OS will exist. Palm needs touch screen.

huh? all the palms are touch screens.

Yea, But MotoQs are all non-touch-screen, so that would contradict the Q-model - a palm os motoq with touchscreen. Or palm os motoq without touch screen - no way to get around.

exactly...the non-touch screen devices are all windows-smart phone, or windows mobile standard, or whatever the hell they are called now :)

The scroll wheel is still there. Does this one have one? Didn't notice it on the Verizon one.

The Q9m is basically a rehash of the Q (unlike the Q9h) so I wouldn't be surprised if the scroll wheel and back button are there and in the same place.

Where are the leaked photos of this phone? The info? Sprint is keeping this thing under wraps very well. Not sure what the big secret is on this one.
