Bought 2 4 months ago, and the disappointment grows....
User interface is slowest of any of my past 5 phones: not just annoying but interferes with use
Cannot use this phone for Text Messaging!!! The New Text Message icon always is on, so if you can't tell when you get a text, what's the point? Sprint has known about this bug for over 4 months, but has yet to respond. Requires a store visit to reset to factory--hope you don't have too many contacts!
Too easy to mistakenly turn on the camera, since it's easy to touch the button embedded on the edge of the cover. How many times have I pressed Back or On to recover?
Very poor battery life--common theme of many other forums.
No numbers on menu items, so you have to use the arrow "ring" to navigate, instead of having the choice of pressing a number to select from menus.
Takes 10 "keystrokes" to turn on Bluetooth each time. Don't you think such a common and needed (hands-free driving laws) function should take 2 or 3 taps? (Answer: Yes!)
On the plus side, the speakerphone is very good (duplex?), camera is fine, voice quality is very good, and the ringers are loud enough.
Don't even thinking of using this phone if Texting is important to you, unless Spring fixes this huge bug!!
