Hi there guys. I am new to this site, just found out it existed a few days ago. I recently (a week ago) became available for an upgrade and I thought I'd buy a new phone even though my previous phone, the A900 was still doing ok. I decided that since I could get a treo 755p for 199.99 after the upgrade I should go ahead, that's not that bad of a price, after all I paid $149 for my A900. Just to give everyone a little history of which cell phones I have owned;I first owned a Sanyo 8100, then later upgraded to the sanyo 8200, then bought the LG PM325 (not reliable). Next I bought what I knew would be reliable, a sanyo RL 4930 then i got my A900. I still have all my phones and all of them still work perfectly except the lg pm325.

ANYWAYS to get on with the review

The treo 755p was a bit of a challenge to get the hang of. It took me a few days of constant use to understand how this thing works. But now that I have a general feel of how it works, I could never go back to a normal cell phone. I can input all of my college schedule on their with ease and can type nearly as fast as I can on my computer. It reads all my word docs for school and excell and everything. I sometimes never even use my computer anymore for AIM or Yahoo i just use my phone. The greatest thing for me about this phone is the battery life. I have been on this phone constantly, from 7AM - im talking about 1+ hour of voice calls, 150+ texts, 1 hour+ on aim and yahoo, 30 minutes to 1 hour online, and probably even an hour more just messing with the email, and features and by the end of the night around 11pm i still have about 30-40% left on the battery. Not even my sanyo rl4930 could do that. Me being a charge every night person I am extremely happy with the battery performance. I do not see myself needing a car charger or another battery, because in about a month i wont be using it so much anymore because it wont be so new and ill just use it when I need it. But right now Im using it like crazy and the battery is still holding up. I don't have any other experience with PDA style phones so maybe I'm putting it on too high of a pedestal but this phone is bad *****. 9.5/10 from me, not perfect because it could be a bit thinner but i kinda like the thickness. I feel like i have something valuable unlike my friends moto Q which to me feels cheap and he is jealous of how much more my phone can do. (mainly picture mail and IM) anyways thanks for reading my review!
