So I started with the Fusic and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT.....but then my friend wanted a phone so I got a second line and figured if she wanted the fusic and I had to buy another phone then I'd just get an upgrade.... First I wanted the upstage.... I got it and HATED it....but then I heard about the Muziq an upgraded version of the Fusic with some pretty cool features like mp3 player in the background.....or vibrating keypads. I thought it was obvious this would be far superior to the Fusic seeing as it was the same phone theoretically.... boy was I wrong. First I started dropping calls, not just dropping them but signal fading dropping yet the call was still connected, only I was on the background main page and no one could hear me and I couldnt press buttons. Then my music transmitter started going out in the middle of transmitting. I'd have turn it off andback on which isnt easy when you're driving. My text messages had a hard time sending, my picture mail hardly ever sent, I had the phone reprogrammed 4 times to get my on demand to work. The phone would randomly reboot, would choose when to change to roam or sprint network even though I would FORCE it to roam or FORCE it to sprint. The hinges started squeeking, the little tabs over the charger hole started to fall off. Mind you, I only had the phone for a month or so and they kept telling me it was program issues. So I went to the store... they replaced it....problems got even worse. Eveyrtime they'd test it it would fail so finally they are giving me a new phone it only took two months for someone to realize. This is by far the worst sprint phone I've EVER had. I've had the Nokia 3588i, the LG 5359, the Nokia 6225, the LG 325pm (slider) this phone also sucked had two of them before they replaced with the samsung a740, the hitachi g1000, the sanyo 3200, the LG Fusic, the Samsung Upstage, and Muziq and I'm on my second music now. I would definitely NOT recommend this phone to anyone. I have a list of 17 problems ranging from the media player, the slow television application, the aim mobil not working, the phone ERASING the contents of my memory card. This thing is a nightmare, beware.:mad:
