Last weekend, I used my phone card to dial international call. During the calling, I sent a text to my firend in US. I don't know why it was sent to the international and my firend. So it became one domestic text and one internatonal text. So sad to pay one extra fee for that interanational text.

They raise these damn rates every year. I don't do international texting anymore because of it.
