I'm having some issues with pdanet, and would like to reset Vision. Anyone have the procedure? Sprint Mogul by the way. :secret:

I don't have one of these but the standard is ##786# > Reset (or RTN Reset)

You will need your MSL.

They give it to you when you activate the phone, but you can call them again and tell them you want to reset your phone to clear out all your private information and they will give it you.

Actually... I'm just now paying full attention to this (sorry). What do you mean, reset Vision? Do you just want to clear out your credentials and re-enter them? Resetting the phone might be the only way to do what I at least think you're saying you wanna do, which is to just flush out everything. But that's literally going to flush out EVERYTHING. There's no way to reset only Vision.

Either way, you're going to need your MSL to do either of those things.

there might be an option in ##3282# (DATA) to restore. if there is, this would reset the vision part of the phone allowing you to start from scratch when it comes to data. im not exactly sure if the mogul has the restore option in the data menu however

What issues are you having ??? ... :thought: Cause its what I think just soft reset your phone and reboot your computer and it should solve the problem...

hope that helps if not let me know I use it on my mogul everday ...
