I have contact Sprint 4 months straight about billing issues, each time something different. 2 Months ago a supervisor got involved and assured me ther will be no more issues. Last month my bill was off by about $20, this month by over $50. Its something different each time. This time I was billed for text messages on my unlimited text plan and my wife billed for internet usage on her phone that she might put 10 minutes average on a month and no internet(supposed to be blocked last month for this very reason)
I've contacted ecare and held a dialog for a couple days, they fixed the error AGAIN but don't seem to care other than that. Is there something else I should be doing? Geez I'm just frustrated!

ask to have an account services rep go over your acct and bill to make sure that everything has been set up correctly. Usually those agents have been there longer and less chance that they will miss something that could be causing all these problems coz all it takes is one little code being wrong to make a big mess....
I would contact Retentions and explain to them what is going on they have more power and would be able to do more for you as compensation. I had the same thing happen to me and the lady in retention basically asked me what can she do for me that would make me feel better so you can try that approach you never know tho.
