$60 - 1200 minutes Weedends/Nights @ 7 shared between 3 phones
$0 - Second phone
$20 - Third phone
$0 - 50 roaming minutes on each line
$2.50 - Unlimited text on third phone (daughters phone)
$15 - Vision plan combined for all 3 lines, includes 500 text messages for phone 1 & 2
18% discount for the company I work for

Total: $97.50 - $17.55 = $79.95

The rep also gave me an additional $100 of the new razor2. So with my $150 credit I'm getting the Razor2 for $149. She said it would be here Monday. Hopefully so, even though its a holiday. All in all I'm happy. Does this sound about par for retention? The only other 2 things I can think of is customer loyalty discound and night @ 6. Think I can get these two added through ecare?

Thanks for the awesome website

Kevin

Haven't been in the loop or on the site lately, what exactly is the power pack plan? My 1200min plan is an older retention plan that we've had for several years now. The rep actually added the 50 roaming minutes to the second and third phone for free. We were sharing the roaming between all 3 of us. Must not be a power pack plan. But I'm happy.

wow, thats a sweet deal. I'd choose that over my current lines. were you out of contract before you called up retention?

I emailed ecare and asked about nights and weekends @ 6 and about the customer loyality discount since I've been with them. This was their reply:

Dear Kevin,

Thank you for contacting Sprint. I understand your concern about free 6 PM Night & Weekend minutes option and 15% loaylty discount.

I am extremely sorry to inform you that any free option or discount can not be added to an account with retention plan. The system is programmed in such a way that it does not accept it. So, I will not be able to fulfil your request.

I hope, you can understand system limitations in this regard.

6 PM Night & Weekend minutes option is avilable at the Monthly Service Charge of $10.00. If you wish to activated it, please write us back with your confirmation. I will be more than happy to process your request.

Thank you for emailing us. We appreciate your relationship with us, and look forward to serving you in the future.

Is it a true statement about already having a retention plan will keep you from getting the customer loyality discount? I might try one more email for the customer loyality discount, but right now I can do without 6pm N/W because we stay below our 1200 minutes.
And I did forget to mention in my original post that I have had a retention plan for about 5yrs now. I've had this 1200 minute retention plan for 2yrs.
