I'm pretty sure I'm the last possible person to figure this out, but just in case I'm not, here it goes. I was surfing the web earlier today on my treo 700p and i decided to check out what preferences it had to offer for the web browser. under the "general" tab there is an option "Fast Mode" so i clicked it and, WOW it made such a difference. I know it doesn't sound all that fascinating but it really made my day. now all the web pages load literally 10x faster :headbang2 . i dont need my web surfing to be extremely graphically enhanced mostly text is just fine. So in case anyone else hasn't tried it give it a shot.

sure no problem. it's especially helpful if you just want to look something up quickly, a phone number or a movie time. of course there is always google sms.
