help me quick please

I know I'm breaking the rules, bc I didn't do a search...but I'm hoping everyone will make an exception this time. I am in the process of trying to switch my phone while KEEPING my old plan with all the grandfathered goodies (or getting a retention plan to make up for it). My question is:How does the Upstage compare to the mm-9000, or better yet, what is the best *thin* phone that is comparable to my 9000? I have them on hold trying to sort out the possibilities. In my opinion, the Upstage is best experienced in person at a sprint store. The concept is unique,and after playing with it a bit, i decided it wasn't for me.

CS said they "tricked" the system and put in a different ESN and my plan DID NOT change....Do I believe them, no? Do I want to believe them, uh, yea I really do.

Does anyone know if CS still has access to the "old" system, just in case my plan gets wiped out, I'd like to know if they'll be able to go into the old system and get my plan back like they had to do almost 2 years ago.

The physical ability is there... whether they do it or not is the issue. The plans are linked "billing codes". If they can bill you, then they can give you the plan. However, CS is trained to keep your plans moving forward... not backwards. So even though they physically "can", they probably won't.

It took an act of Congress and a hand from GOD, for me to get back an old Sprint Grandfathered plan, when CS accidentally changed my plan.
