I recently just started a new plan on a new phone, the Sanyo Katana II. I have been trying for the past entire three days to find out what the heck my username is, and for that matter my password. On the "For Your Records" copy, the sheet says my username is my first and last name @sprintpcs.com but it doesn't say my password. I've heard that your password may consist of the last four digits of your Social, but that wasn't it. Then instead of trying to type in a username and password, I clicked on "register for access" and THAT didn't work for sh.t! I'd fill all the information out completely correct over 500 times and everytime I would click on the "continue' button at the bottom, it didn't do anything, the page didn't even think. Thinking it was my computer, I went to a friends, and another friends, still the same thing. Is this because I just bought the phone or am I missing something. Any help guys, please and thank you.

Call customer service and they will reset your password.

call a CSR and have them reset your pw, or they will give you the correct information.

your username is your full Phone Number, password is last 4 of social

The answer for your problem is dependent on whether or not you are in Ensemble... Post up once you find out.

try using your phone number 555-123-4567 and the last four digits of the account holders SSN.
If that doesn't work, you might be in Ensemble, where you need to call CC and get your information.

username is your phone number and there is an option to send your password to your phone in text if you have forgotten it but I did see today, while helping a customre log on to look at his bill, that there was a link to register if you never have
