I am returning the DLX back to Sprint under the 30-day.

I presume Sprint will probably reset the phone anyway, but I like the idea of completely clensing the phone, especially when Sprint recommends that I change the Vision password in case someone else uses the phone.

Using Menu, Settings, More, Security, Erase/Reset, and chosing every item under the menu, including "Reset Phone" and "Reset All Settings". Come to find out, all of the picture mail items are still there (had to delete one by one), and my phone number and Vision ID is still there. I was able to use the MSL (##MSL#) to change the phone numbers, but the only item that remains is the Vision ID. Anyway to completely reset and erase memory of the phone?

Thanks.
