The internet, discount, extra mins, and $$$ to buy phone seems good. You did OK - next time I would try for more than 5% discount.

I re-upped in Oct. '06 with 4 lines having 2000 minutes, one phone with vision, nights and weekends, etc at $150 per month to 2200 minutes, all 4 lines with free unlimited SMS, 1 phone with free power vision, the other 3 with free vision, all for the low low price of $120. The 3 sublines have a 10% discount and the main line has a 15% discount. I'm paying about $120 per month after all the taxes, etc.

I have been with Sprint since 1999. I am out of contract since 2005. I am looking to upgrade my phones to power vision phones. I have a 2 line shared plan. I currently have a 2000 minute plan with vision, 7PM, LD, picture pack PCS2PCs, unlimited text. This costs me $86.00 per month after my corporate discount. I called retentions. They offered to keep my current plan, upgrade to power vision, add roaming for a total of $91.00 after my corporate discount. They also suggested based on my minutes used to change my plan to 1400 minutes, with power vision, 7PM, LD, roaming and 500 texts for $79.00 after my corporate discount. My last option is to switch to 2 sero lines, a 1250 line and 500 line and lose the corporate discount for a total of $80.00 The phones I want will wash out price wise whether I go sero or get them on an upgrade. Any suggestions as to try and get something better from retentions than what they offered. Or do I just choose one of the 2 plans retentions offered or scrap everything and go with Sero. Please advise.

keep the 2000min, the 1400min isnt a deal, just a standard plan. u lose 600min and only save a couple dollars. go for heavy phone discounts

Thanks for the advice. The phones I am looking at are the Katana DLX which are $329.00 less $150.00 instant rebate, less $50.00 mail in rebate. Totals $129.00 each. Would you suggest I try and get a better deal than that on the phones or am at at the end of the line here.

:icon_smil ...how it is my fault? Let me explain...it all started when I had my hubby open up a new line on his acct for me, I wanted the SERO plan and a FUSIC, I made the order online, it got messed up because of a system failure, call customer care, which i did, they put in the order, but originally I could only get an LG150, then a few hours later I saw the fusic was available, so I cancelled that order and made a new one for fusic, but oh i forgot to mention I was on the sero site, so I never got the plan, got my fusic with a 49.99 free incoming + 300 anytime, thought I would change it later when i activated. So here's where it goes awry: I got both phones, one was sent to an old Florida address (we forgot to change the billing address to our current home., hey we always paid online so we never needed the paper bill), and I didnt get the SERO plan, assuming the rep would just finish my order that was being done online, oh well, a month later I still see my plan didnt change, so I emailed ecare, three times about it, they changed it to the SERO 300, ta-da! I'm happy! I dont have to return the lg 150, it was free anyway, so i gave it to my son, now my problem??? okay, i had the 300 free incoming plan, and i added on the vision plan and text when i saw the sky high data usage overage on my bill, the rep said no prob, ill credit you the $65.00 and give you the unlimited vision plan for $10.00, and text for $5.00, so now since I was credited for that months data usage, this month I see it AGAIN! I called, the rep seemed a little annoyed with me, but I explained that I HAD unlimited vision, she said no, you have a POWER VISION phone, so you need a POWER VISION plan, credited me $60.00, but added the $20.00 Power vision, and I still I am charged for text even though I was prorated for it into the month for getting it in the middle of my cycle, and charged a full month, I am confused...and I dont want to seem a pest lest they cancel my account, but how is this my fault? Not to add that the "free themes/screensavers/ringtones on us " wasnt free for me, I was charged for all of them (one of each, are you supposed to only get one free item?), and yes, I did buy it with the promotional code they supplied online. I got one refund for an accidental (pressed twice on same item ) but everything else was charged. Is anyone else confused? I would love some advice... :fingers:

to clarify that I mean to say that I was charged for 95 texts even though clearly on my bill it shows I already was charged for the $5.00 text plan and prorated for having it done in the middle of my cycle...has this happened to anyone else?
