This may a little thing but for the last 4 days,I have not been able toget the media player to work(sprint tv & radio).Called CS and they tried to reset phone and still no go.So, they gave me a trouble ticket and told me to call back in 3 days if it does not come back on. Every thing else(web, sprint music store, online album, and web apps.)works. I also tried the remove the battery thing w/ no luck. Has this happen to anybody else? And what options do I have if they can not fix it? I love my 9000

I just finished getting one of my 9000's repaired a few weeks ago. It kept freezing and I took it to a repair shop. They ordered a brand new one. Dont let them tell you the warehouse doesnt have any. I have 3 MM 9000's. Received 2 from lockline, and one thru the store when they couldnt repair it. This was in July. I also bought a black MVP Dummy off Ebay for $25 just to swap my 9000 case into a Black shiny one..Yes I love my 9000's...

Still have 1 more day till callback. What makes this a little bad is I listen to the radio while I work, and I found extended batteries at my local Fry's ( Sprint -Sanyo OEM for MM-5600) for $9.00
