i have had a moto q for the last few months. i recently lost the phone and activated an sanyo 8200 temp till i got it replaced from lockline. well since i had the q i had the power vision package and unlimited text. well when i activated the 8200 they said that those packages were not compatible with that phone. so to my knowledge they switched it to the correct package. well a couple of days later my bill jumped up an extra 150 and my phone got disconnected. well i called in and i kept getting switched from department to department. i was on the phone for about 3 hours trying to fix it. i received every excuss that i could get for why it got so high. they told me it was due to a deposit for the 8200 which was an older phone i already had. that did not make sense. well i finally asked to speak to a supervisor. he told me he credited my account due to the extra charges being for text and data usage. and that my phone would be turned back on. well 4 hours later it still wasnt turned back on. so i called again and well the next rep said that there were not any notes on the account or there wasnt any credits applied either. he had me back and forward on hold and talking to me for about an hour. i had to explain everything all over again. he told me it was my fault since i had lost my phone. well after that he gave me a credit, added the correct package and myphone was turned back on. well two days later. surprise my phone was turned off again. well apperantly the rep still didnt add the correct package and well the credit he gave me was a temp credit. so i called back in on hold for another hour. and well i have had three more calls with the same b.s. everyone i speak to says they fix it but my phone still gets turned off every few days. my bill had already been sent out so i can see what the charges are for. i spoke to cancelation and all they tell me is that its a billing question so they try transferring me. well i tell them that i want to cancel if its not corrected and they still transfer me. right now the total charges come out to 212.63. sorry its so long but i just need some advice. please let me know what else i can do. i have even contacted ecare who i receive the ruturn notice from them but never any answer back.

I would call executive services and see if they can help you get the higher up involved.
