I have a Katana and my vibrate has decided to completely stop working.
I havent dropped it, smashed it, or done anything bad to it. All i did was set it down gently on my desk and i got a call and it diddnt vibrate. I know it was on vibrate also.
I hav tries firmware update, restart, battery cleaning.

Any help appreciated.

If you have insurance, you can take a chance getting it fixed.
