Ok..I have had my Moto Q since March and in the last couple of months it has been acting funny. The battery will not hold a charge, my reception is terrible (I live 1.5 miles from a tower), and the worst part is the freezing. I was thinking about going to the Sprint store to see what they could do. At this point, I really don't want another Q, since this one has been a pain in the rear!

No, I'm not up for an instant rebate. I'm so fed up with the phone, I'm thinking about swapping back to my SLVR or my old Samsung A680.

What do you all suggest? The current phones that Sprint has are "crappy" and I'm not looking to upgrade to the Mogul. Yes, the phone is nice, but too bulky for me.

Thanks...

I've heard of people calling up care/retentions and getting their Q's swapped out for something else because of all the problems with the phone. Worth a try.

There's nothing a store is going to do for you, so don't even waste your time.

Yeah, call advanced tech support and see what you can get them to do. Never hurts to use ecare either.

You most likely will just need to update the software on your Q. My Q, when I first bought it had issues as well but since I've updated the software it has worked great.
