So if I'm signed up for the 15$ a month package not only can i browse the internet for free but i can send data to my fone via text and DL data to my phone with no extra charge for how much kbs i use? no 1 pennie per kb if i have the monthly package right?

Sending/receiving text messages is a different subject. They are separate from the data plan and require a text messaging plan or you will be charged for each individual message.

oh yeah the text message i know but i just want to be clear about the kbs because im sending a lot to my phone

there will be no kb charges by downloading through text message links besides the 15 cent text charge for the incoming text.(having a data plan)
