I just exchanged the Q with Mogul, paid the difference $100, I shipped the Q and pmed ecare with all the information, I just checked the bill and this is what it shows (image below) is that mean im charged $1187 that I have to pay?

hmmmmmmmmm the way i read it is you have a credit of that amount. the phrase NO PAYMENT IS DUE makes me think you dont "owe" anything. Looks like and error to me.

looks like some massive overcredits, you owe nothing, and it should probably correct by next month, otherwise if not, enjoy the free service!

chances are you were given a temp credit to cover the cost of the phones so you weren't hotlined while Sprint waits to get the old phone back. They will reverse in 30 days....If you aren't sure of the amt of the phone you can call cst care to double check the amt that you need to pay....
