View Full Version : "Concerned Department"
I have had to email Sprint the last few days to get my account fixed for the new mogul because of the double charge. Everything has gone fine so far till today.
I emailed ecare to get a 115 service credit on my account because I received a flyer in the mail stating I could get it with a 2 year agreement. The flyer was for my old line that I just canceled but I did just sign up for sero and canceled the old. Today I received a reply back from ecare stating that they have esculated my account to the concerned department and to get to know "something" seemed like the rep wasn't able to articulate herself. What doe this mean if they esculated me to the concerned department? She said there were no promotional offers but did know about the 115 credit that could be obtained. She asked me to scan the letter and send it to her. Did I just get on the S@!t list with Sprint?

Just like any offer with sprint, as soon as they start it people start scamming. Sprint wants to see the letter addressed to you and *may* give you the $115 when they see its actually your letter. Then again, they may tell you its for the account you closed (the line you canceled) so your not eligible.
If you actually got the letter, scan it in (take a pic of it with a digital cam) and email it to sprint. The worst they can say is no.

Concerned Department means the department that handles this particular "concern". It's not the name of the department.
I scanned the letter and sent it to them in an email. They told me to call to get the service credit applied for security reasons to keep the integrity of my account. Thanks for clearing up the "concerned department" terminology. i'll try and call today to see if I can get the credit.
