So, I ordered my phone online. To start with a SERO plan. I put in my CC, and everything and was done with it. Approved with a ASL. Oh, what a surprise? Nah.
Now, I'm waiting.
Check my order status.
"Order pending cancellation upon Customer Notification." ***?
I call, and then call back later, (had to goto work and hang up), and eventually get my order "processing" again.
Order is suspended again, I call. They think it's FRAUD! Ha! I tell them that it's really me, by confirming everything, and order is processing again.
This fraud scenario happens about twice, now.
Then, I had to deal with this today, after getting all my hopes up about my order being shipped.
I had an old account, it was cancelled. Contract and all. I'm waiting for my end bill from Nextel. The Rep is telling me that I have a unpaid balance. I'm thinking in my head. "I swear to God, if you tell me that you cannot ship that phone that I already paid for because I have a unpaid balance from a bill that I didn't supposedly pay in the FUTURE (aug 20), I will stab you with a brand new Motorola Q."
The Rep is smart, or can read thoughts, and marks my account as "A-OK!" and marks my order to process.
