my parents have had sprint for 9 to 10 years. always on the same plan:
1000 anytime
2000 n&w
they want to switch to the SERO, but still have until may until their contract is up. nevermind the fact SERO is not for existing customers, assuming i could talk retentions into signing pre-existing customers up for SERO (i have had a CSR do it before) do you think retentions would do it even if their contract doesn't expire until may?
what would be the best avenue to do this?
they want SERO + GPS on each phone.

they might be able to set you up with something like sero without actually being sero. you can go to rp(pm me for the link) for a gps app, free instead of the $10/month they charge you

These phones just dont download things on their own. If you dont want to D/L anything that costs money...dont. ;)

All problems with getting SERO belong in one of the 4 SERO threads. Link is in the sticky above. Attempts at getting the plan or random plan questions would work fine!
