I sent in my Kellogg rebate form for $75 off my phone, and it was sent back to me today...return to sender! I definitely sent it in before the deadline..which I think isn't until September. Anyone know why it would have been returned? Address is correct..so I'm stuck.

Did you send it to the address on the rebate form? That is the wrong address. They are now accepting the rebate at a new address. Here it is:

Man. Thanks for the info. I just sent mine in to the one on the form a couple hours ago. Guess I have to wait for it to be returned (I hope in time) and re-send it since the original box label is in there.

Do you need an original Kellog's box for the rebate, or can you use a photocopy of the form from the net? Where can one get the rebate form?

It is for new line activations. And I have checked all the sites that were hosting the image and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Sorry.
The address it was forwarded to didn't work when I sent it. It says "Forward time exp". My assumption is this:
This promotion started in 7/2/06...then it says 'Requires purchase by 9/30/07' . Is there a chance they made a huge typo and that should actually say 9/30/06? I think it's hard to believe they would have this promotion going on for over a year...maybe thats why they are sending them back?

I signed up for a BB add-on, so it renewed my 2 year agreement, and I got a NVP so I got a new aco**** number. I was going to send the kellog's rebate in and see if I can get another $75 back. I'm hoping with the combination of the 2...

Anyone know how to check on the Status of the Kellogg Rebate? I spoke with a CSR from the Rebate Hotline (800-477-4127) and he asked me to Fax him the top part of the box that my Muziq came in, which i did. Now I sent in 2 Rebates, the Kellogg and the one from Sprint for $50 which supposedly already got approved. Only thing is that everytime I call or go online to check the status it only gives me the status of the $50 Rebate, how can i check on the other one?? Everytime i call the number it seems they dont want to let anyone talk to CSR's, just a bunch of automated talk. :(

I have not found a way to track the Kellogs rebate. Glad your $50 got honored. Mine for my Mogul did not get honored, so hopefully the kellogs one adventually will. I haven't even been able to figure out why my other one didn't qualify except for the fact that its on a SERO plan, but I have heard others still got it. Who knows with rebates. Maybe someone else knows where to track the kellogs one. I think more then likely though its a hit or miss, it might show up, it might not.

Well as it turns out the rep i had spoken with had given me the tracking number for the Kellogg rebate, it was written down in a Notepad file i saved with a bunch of info from the conversation we had lol. Seems its going A-ok according to what it said, too bad these rebates take a LONG time to come back to us in the form of a Check lol

When I did mine, you could check it on www.sprintrebates.com by putting in your info on the front page. They all come from the same rebate center when the check is being sent out!

i have a quick question. on the rebate form it asks for me to "clip out original purchased phone product label with serial number from the bottom of the product box." i just added a new line and got a Mogul. on the box that the mogul came in is just a small bar code printed right on the box, not a sticker label. is this what the rebate form is asking for?

Its the sticker label at the top of the box that has to be cut off and sent in.

there was no sticker label on my box. the only sticker on my box had just my phone number on it with nothing else. there was a lot of bar codes on my shiping slip (that im including in with everything else). maybe the info they need ison that I hope. I hope the info that it is asking for was not on the outer brown box that the phone was mailed in. I threw that away the day the phone came.

you know thoes times when you sware that you looked and there was nothing there. I mean you would have bet your sweet mothers life that it was not there. then you find out that it IS there. now you start to think that there are super secret government agents with silent black helecopters or a cable of witches that are out to get you because that's the only way that that thing could have gotten there because it damn sure wasen't there before.
needless to say the sprint elves saw fit to end there spell on me and lifted the vail to reveal the sticker label on my box. off in the mail it goes. if I don't get this rebate thouth, i'm going to blame the sprint goblins. it's a conspiracy I tells ya.

Call Sprint Rebates @ (800) 477-4127 and talk to a rep. If they cant find the right info, they will tell you to fax some of it in. Most of the time it is a reciept, but that is what it takes to get it done. I had to fax a few times, but I finally got the rebate that I sent in for. I sent it in around August 15th 2006 and recieved my rebate in March of 2007!

I sent mine in July, I have not heard anything about it. One of my rebates was denied..I sent in the Kellogg rebate and I also had sent in a Sprint rebate. My Sprint rebate, I believe was showing up on the rebate processing site, it ended up being denied..saying it was not in the correct time frame..I think that was some B.S. but whatever. So maybe my Kellogg rebate is still out there somewhere getting processed. Good luck to those that get it.

I sent mine early August and it has been approved. Says to expect a rebate check in the mail within 30 days. My $50 Sprint rebate was denied, however, because my service plan was not $34.99 or higher. I thought this didn't apply to SERO....

I need a little advice. I want to send in this rebate for my Mogul and my new Sero Plan. But I have no purchase reciept :-(
I bought it over the phone with when i signed up for Sero. They canceled my old plan at the end of it's billing cycle this month and then it switched over to Sero.
I am hoping I can still get the Kellog rebate since I need the money.

Do you have a shipping receipt/invoice? if so that will work. Just dont count on getting the rebate, even though some seem to get it with SERO, my rebate was denied when i bought my mogul and sero plan.

i checked my kellogg rebate status and it said it was approvved. i am waiting for them to print the check and send it. i have sero and the mogul.
