I used my CC to order the SERO line and got the mogul for 312 dollars. Sprint decided to charge me twice... I contacted my CC provider and they put a dispute claim on it and said it could take 30-40 days.
Before I noticed the double charge on my account i had ~640 some in credits they added to my account before the first of the month which i have no idea why they did that...
Then the first of the month rolls around and i incur like 585 in other charges which i have no clue what its for, then i receive a 211 credit(still no idea why i am getting a credit).
So now i have 182 in credit. I have the 500 SERO plan.
Should i call up or email sprint? I hate waiting for sprint representatives... i feel that if i do call up... i may loose my remaining 182 in credits... what do you all think I should do? The CC company has already been called and it took a matter of 3 mins to get the dispute ticket into the system. What do you guys think?
