View Full Version : Warranty transfer with esn swap

Hey all,

I have a friend who gave me his Moto Q. He bought it on June 1st. Now that the ESN is on my account, am I entitled to any warranty coverage on this unit? Anyone know what the coverage is from Moto? 90 days?

Now, i think the sprint warranty would be 30 days, - but if something goes wrong within the moto warranty, will Sprint just take care of it for me?

I believe that all phones sold by Sprint come with a 1 year manufactures warranty. If you don't have the optional insurance, the you have to send the phone to the manufacture for service/repairs.

I don't know if the warranty transfer over to, or not.
