I'd like to access the internet from my Palm Zire via Bluetooth I assume. What sort of data plan/Sprint Vision service do I need to add to my plan?

So you would like to connect your phone with your Zire via bluetooth and use your phone as a modem? I think that is what you are asking. If so you will need a Phone as Modem tethering plan. It costs $39.99 a month.

Actually, in all fairness, Sprints data plans are the cheapest and the least restrictive in the industry right now.
