Over the last few months I have reported several dropped calls by dialing *2 and using the automated system and saying 'dropped call'.

I tried to report a dropped call today, but with no luck. I'm unable to access the 'Now tell me why you're calling' greeting where I usually report my dropped calls. I get immediately forwarded to, 'Press 1 for this, Press 2 for that.. .and so on.

Have my privileges for reporting dropped calls been disabled because of over use? I'm curious if anyone else has this same issue.

Thanks :)

There are a couple of threads about this. Sprint changed the *2 menu.

Dropped call credit is under the technical support option.

Thanks for the replies. I thought I had been locked out of the 'reporting dropped calls' feature. I'm glad i was mistaken. Thanks again for the info.
