I was on the phone a while ago talking to a retention rep and made a reference about how long it was taking and he told me not to worry because any call made from a Sprint phone to a Sprint 800 number was like mobile to mobile minutes.
He clearly said again that ANY 800 Sprint number was charged as mobile to mobile minutes. I recently carefully checked my bill and saw I was being charged regular minutes to certain 800 Sprint numbers I call sometimes. Recently, I find myself calling certain Sprint 800 numbers and I cant believe how long each call takes. Has anyone else heard about this?

Usually if you call and tell them that you got charged minutes for calling customer service then they will credit you the minutes back. That happens to me sometimes too because it is faster to call directly to CS rather than going through *2. But I have never had to ask for the credit because I don't really use all my minutes.
SprintUsers.com was created in January 2002 as a resource for users of Sprint PCS products and services to learn about and share information. We have cll phone reviews, Cellular Accessories, Downloads, PDA reviews, Ringtones, all of the latest Sprint PCS news and information, an area where you can find help in creating a ring tone or custom image for you phone, and so much more.
