Here's my First e-mail to e-care.
------------------------------------------
I really hope you can help me. Im really in a tight bind right now. I just
got out of the Navy, and started a new job. I work 6 days a week 9am-5pm,
and cannot make it to a repair center. I have two broken phones (one on
each line) that are difficult to use. The directional pad on both phones
doesnt work, and my wifes line (302-XXX-XXXX) wont stay on for a period
of more than 10 minutes. I tried a buddies battery out of his phone (same
ppc 6700), and its the same thing. I thought maybe it was just the battery
(also tried my battery, but I know mine is going bad because mine will only
hold a charge for a few hours). I also just got a new computer with windows
vista, and cannot get the phones to sync. I cant even get an update for
the phone seeing as how sprint quit updating them about a year ago. Our
phones are very important to us seeing as how we dont have land line
phones.
Im not sure what to do. Could you please advise me as to my options? I
have the TEP insurance, but cannot use it. If I cant get this taken care
of a.s.a.p., I may have to switch providers. Im sure that new I-Phone will
sync with windows vista.

Response I got.

Dear Tyler Livingston,
Thank you for contacting Sprint. I am delighted to assist you with your
questions.
I am sorry to hear that your phones are not working correctly.
In order to have your phone replaced, you will need to file an insurance

to have the replaced. Asurion requires that you send your broken phone to
them once you have received the replacement. If the phone is not returned,
they will charged a $200.00 non-return fee to your account.
The following are two Service and Repair centers that are open until 7PM:

My response to their response
-----------------------------------
As I said I just got out of the Navy, my location has changed. My new zip
code is 15425.
A few other issues I forgot to mention are the fact that I can sync my
phones with my new pc (it has vista), the phone doesn't have any new updates
on sprint.com (dont feel secure getting on my bank account from my phone
anymore), and there is no way to upgrade to WM6. Please help me, I've been
incontact going back and fourth with sprint agents for the past two days. A
couple of them told me they can get me the next model up, but the insurance
agency was closed at that point. I'm kind of at my whits end (may end up
terminating the contract). If I do that new Iphone looks pretty nice, or
atleast something with wm6. I really hope you can help me.
---------------------------------------
That was e-care....
I've also been on the phone with sprint cutomer care... I've pretty much made my case with 6 different reps. I have two broken phones that I was replaced, and I dont want to have these issues again, nor the issues with the PC. What can I do inorder to get the to switch me???
