Eversince I got my K1m Krzr back in November of last year. I just been getting a lot of problems till now. I brought this issue 3 times to customer service and twice to the sprint store. At first the rep wanted me to contact motorola and do an exchange with them but after some consideration and being a loyal customer (9 years) they decided to credit my account 600.00 and ship me a Treo 755p. The reason for my story?

I think if you go through the protocals and be honest with customer service, and make them understand your frustration in a nice way, good things will happen.

I have the device in hand and it seems to be working fine. It is a big upgrade from a K1m to a treo. I am begining to enjoy the features

A lot of people have been getting go deal from CS when they are polite and calmly explain the situation. When you demand stuff usually you end up with nothing and notes on your account. I glad everything worked out for ya enjoy your treo.

Something similar happened to my friend. make sure those aren't temporary credits just so the phone can be shipped to you, or you will have a nice surprise next bill

I need to know if you have complaints like, Streaming music, dropped calls, stops reading memory chip when computer reads it fine, camera stops loading pics,. I just had my final %$#?! When I bought the S9 headset and I found, OOPS, we forgot to make it compatable


Please let me know how you did that, Thanks and congrats.
