I've been a long-time loyal customer with Sprint now for around 6 years with no late payments ever. I'm in the market for an extra "line" for my girlfriend; however, her family is on Cingular (so is my work, though my brother and parents are the last remnants on Sprint with me).
Currently I am on a 300 Free Incoming Individual plan with many extras (unlimited mobile-to-mobile, unlimited texting, unlimited vision, unlimited nights & weekends at 7PM, unlimited roaming) and my bill comes to about $55/mo.
I really hate to lose the Free Incoming by switching to a family share, but I'm wanting to keep my bill around $100/mo for 2 lines. Here are some things I'm looking for and not having ANY luck with (I'm 14 of 24 months through my contract, so 10 months left):
Family Share Plan:
550 Anytime Minutes
Unlimited N&W at 6 or 7 (6 would be awesome)
Unlimited mobile-to-mobile
Unlimited texting
Unlimited roaming
Unlimited vision
Unlimited Phone-as-modem (on just my line, not both)
Also, I'm looking at the HTC Mogul for me, and the Sanyo Katana DLX (in pink) for my girlfriend. So far I'm being given no special treatment in these inquiries -- I'm being offered everything (even the phones) at no discount.
Does anybody have any clue what to expect as a baseline cost for the plan and phones for someone like me? I'm hoping to get the plan to around $100/mo. (currently withOUT vision it comes to $120/mo.) and the phones around $200 for both at most (less is always good).

At current pricing you would be looking at $150.
60 - 550 minutes, 7pm night & weekends
20 - unlimited text
30 - power vision for both lines
40 - phone as modem
A Katana DLX is $130 for new activation. A Mogul at upgrade costs (22+ mo) would be $300.
I would email ecare and see if there is anything they can do for you. Especially considering how long you have been with Sprint.

Get two individual lines. I do.
The second line would be new, so you could get sero.
Sero comes with free vision, free texting (until the end of September), free roaming, free m2m, free 7pm nights.
The 500 minutes plan is 30 dollars. The Mogul is 288.99 via the SERO site.
So your current plan, and a sero plan would be 85 dollars plus tax.

Close - the $20 unlimited text isn't offered with the 550 minute power pack plan, so he'd be paying $15 for each line. However, he could upgrade to the 700 minute plan and pay the exact same price:
Power Pack 550 - $59.99, $30 for unlimited text($15/phone) = $90
Power Pack 700 - $69.99, $20 for unlimited text($20 covers the whole plan) = $90

Thanks for the replies so far guys. I know I have a lot of goodies right now, but I guess Sprint is in a huge crunch these days -- I don't hear talk of anyone getting similar treatment anymore (after reading through a ton of threads the last couple days).
The SERO plans are looking more and more appealing to me all the time. In no way am I trying to rip Sprint (I know they're in it for the buck), but at the same time, I just can't afford to spend a wallet-load on just cell phones. The SERO seems to fit right into this, especially since they include vision and texting.
I have a few questions still lingering, though, if anyone can give some further insight:
Is there any way to switch from my regular individual plan to SERO even though I'm currently under contract for another 10 months, roughly? (Going the route of 2x SERO 500)
Any advice on handset discounts/rebates/deals? So far, since I'm only a bit over a year into the 2-year contract, I'm only being offered about $75 off at best (which I know is the standard discount), but that's the best I'm being offered even on the NEW line that's not under any contract (and should receive full new-contract rebates)!
I've read a lot of "Mogul for $100" type threads, and I'd love to get one for that, but I'm barely breaking "Mogul for $500" at the moment, which is FAR more than I plan to spend for a phone -- seeing as how I have to get a phone for my girlfriend as well.
Would I just be better off waiting until my contract is up and trying again then? I'd rather switch now to double SERO 500's, with a 2-year contract, and an awesome deal on a Mogul and Katana DLX, but not sure if that's possible without being out of contract.
Thanks again all!

here's ur best bet. get a new line under sero. then u get the sero pricing on whatever phone and ur girl has sprint. wait till ur contract runs out on the other line. I know u want a new phone but its worth the wait.(they will have new even better phones out then too) call retentions and say ur out of contract and are looking for a good deal on a new phone and a plan that matches the other line. they will put u on sero or make a plan that matches it
